Welcome back all to the next Theoretical Thursday! I’ve been invited to write on Oz Monroe’s new upcoming website, Interstellar Inspiration. This website will provide fun, humorous articles about all things space-related. So I’ve been “inspired” by that for this week’s TT. Got your thinking caps on?
Here goes…
Would you rather A) be able to instantly teleport to any planet or object in our solar system (no limit on how long you can stay there. You can take photos, but you can’t transport anything back) or B) or be able to teleport any material FROM any point in the entire Milky Way galaxy back to Earth? ((For any one who might wonder, I’m including Pluto in our solar system.))
Can’t wait to hear what you choose!
A) I would enjoy teleporting throughout our solar system! Would be adventures to remember! 😀
Plan B! The market for asteroid minerals alone would keep me in cash for a while. Then there’s scientific research to be done.
Very logical skjam2013!
good one, christa. a real brain bender. i’m going with black hole, curious as to what’s on the other end!
A) I have always been more of a ‘home town’ guy. Have been in love with the Solar System for a very long time and would love to ability to just ‘pop by’ for a visit. Frankly, the palette of choices that comes w/ B) seems too daunting to me.
Great reasoning Saeed! I can see option B being a bit overwhelming.
