Stress happens to all of us. Whether bad or good, it affects our bodies, minds, and hearts.
So my Theoretical Thursday is this:
If you could have one of the following to help reduce your stress levels, which would you choose: a) a free 2-hour massage once a week for a year, b) 2 hours once a week for a year of letting your mind not think about anything except what you want, or c) 2 hours once a week for a year of being magically transported anywhere in the world?
a. massage helps me on so many levels, i’d go for that in a heartbeat. i’d probably get stressed out by the other 2 – lol! knowing that i had to leave my mind trip or my physical trip and come back to the real world would seem stressful to me. can’t help it : )
