While working on The Jade Castle (my new YA fantasy series), one of the main characters, Belle, has a southern American accent.
So my Theoretical Thursday is this:
If you HAD to speak in a different accent, which accent would you choose?
I would choose a soft Irish. 🙂
I,ve always liked the christmasese lilt. At a special time of the year, it comes across as gentle, compassionate, and no tones of hostility. People use this language to convey good feelings and wishes for a good life. Irish would be my next choise.
Sounds like a great accent Fred!
spanish, as in from spain.
